Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S and Canada.
When will my order be shipped?
Wyld Skincare orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of your purchase. The time it takes to arrive varies depends on your location.
How long does shipping normally take?
For our U.S customers, shipping normally takes 3 to 6 business days and 2-6 business days for Canadian customers.
Why is my shipment delayed?
Sometimes your package may be held up at customs or delayed because of the weather - which we cannot control. If you don't receive your order within 10 days, please drop us a note so we can track it down for you.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Customs duties/taxes are calculated upon the item's arrival at your destination.
You may or may not be charged, however, it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these charges.
Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept exchanges or refund?
Something not right with your order? If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, fret not; Fill out the contact form and we will do our best to make things right.
We know you'll love your Wyld, but if not, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Once your return is received by us, we will send an email to notify you and a refund will be processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds? Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.
Subscriptions
How does Wyld subscription work?
When you subscribe to Wyld products, you’ll receive 10% off on every order, and products shipped right to your doorstep every quarter (that’s every 3 months). Never run out of your fave Wyld products again. You can cancel at any time.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all orders including subscriptions that are $60 and above.
I just signed up. When will I receive my Wyld?
We’re so happy you signed up! Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order. Depending on where you are located, shipping times are typically between 3-7 business days.
Where do you ship from?
All of our Wyld products are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
When will I be charged?
When you subscribe, you will be billed for your first delivery. Subsequent billings will take place every 90 days until you choose to cancel your subscription. For example, if you sign up on January 15th, your second billing will take place 90 days from that date.

*The minimum order for the Facial Cleansing Sponges is the 3-pack. Single packs are not available for subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can modify or cancel your subscription up to two weeks (14 days) before your next billing. Please email us at cancellation@wyldskincare.com to modify or cancel your subscription.
How can I view my subscription & billing info?
You can view your subscription info via the Account page. You'll need to create an account, if you have never done so. Once you log-in, you will see your subscription info.
When is my deadline to cancel?
You can decide to cancel your Wyld at any time. Please message us at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your next delivery. Please email cancellation@wyldskincare.com to modify or cancel your subscription.
How do I track my order?
Once your Wyld has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link.
Wholesale/Stockist
Can I purchase in bulk or be a Wyld stockist?
We welcome stockists, wholesalers or bulk order inquiries. Please email us at hello@wyldskincare.com and tell us more about your business.
